Refund Policy:

Refunds are only offered/agreed if an item is faulty and returned unused within 14 days of the day the order is received. 

You will need to message me before sending an item back. Once the item has been received and checked, the refund will be issued to the same payment method. If an item is returned and has been used, a refund will not be given.

Refunds/Replacements are not offered on used items, or for anything received more than 14 days after delivery.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of the order being placed aslong as it has not yet been dispatched. Any cancellation requests after this time will not be accepted.

Shipping Policy: 

Please check your shipping address when making a purchase, As any order which is returned to tawny Supplies due to an incorrect address will incur redelivery postage, where postage would need to be repaid, or a refund of the items less the shipping fee.

If in the EU, customs changed as of 1st July 2021 where VAT is charged upon delivery. This is to be paid directly to the shipping company and not me, as it is not charged when you order and cannot be added.

Please read before purchasing. - By ordering, you agree to these terms of service.

- All moulds are made with acrylic blanks and will come out shiny.
- All blank depths are listed in each listing.
- I have listings for both Silicone Moulds and Acrylic Blanks. Please make sure       you are ordering from the correct section.
   No refunds will be given for ordering from the wrong section, if you are unsure     please contact me prior to ordering.
- All moulds are handmade and as such can have tiny imperfections which is the nature of resin casting. Some edges may need to be domed/top coated depending on your finished desire.
- Colour of moulds are supplied depending on the colour choice of the week, if     you want clear moulds please purchase the upgrade. This can be found here: Clear Silicone Upgrade.
- Replacements are not provided for used items.
- All mould artwork and designs belong to Tawny Supplies and as such no              permission is given to recast any of my mould designs.
- All acrylic blanks are sold with permission to cast them in moulds etc. 
- Moulds may vary slightly to photos taken due to the handmade nature but all      moulds will contain the cavities as advertised in each listing.
